**About Us** Factoring Express is a fast\-growing financial services company specializing in transportation factoring. We help trucking companies and owner\-operators get paid quickly and manage their cash flow efficiently. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and customer\-focused. **Position Overview** The **Bilingual Spanish Customer Service \& Verification Agent** plays a key role in our day\-to\-day operations. This position is responsible for verifying transportation invoices, handling inbound customer support calls, and supporting the sales department by assisting with new transportation leads. You must be comfortable communicating with carriers, brokers, and internal teams while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. **Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Verification** * Review and verify transportation invoices, rate confirmations, PODs, and related documents. * Communicate with brokers and shippers to validate load details. * Ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements before funding. * Maintain detailed and organized records in internal systems. **Customer Service** * Manage inbound calls in both English and Spanish. * Assist clients with account inquiries, payment questions, and documentation needs. * Provide timely and professional support while resolving customer concerns. * Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary. **Sales Department Support** * Assist the sales team with follow\-up on new transportation leads. * Collect preliminary information from prospective clients. * Provide bilingual communication support during onboarding. * Help ensure a smooth transition from lead → signed client → active account. **Qualifications** * **Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).** * Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. * Detail\-oriented with the ability to review documents for accuracy. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems. * Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. **Preferred Skills (Required)**Experience in the trucking industry and knowledge of the factoring business is a MUST.
