Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr EHS Engineer (2nd shift). **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job Summary** Identify, control and eliminate occupational hazards, supervise safety and environmental programs, carry out industrial hygiene and sustainability activities, perform risk analysis, perform incident investigation and ensure regulatory compliance. Make sure the closure is adequate to meet the requirements. - Report drum movement to Hazardous Waste Managers; - Provide empty containers in the satellite accumulation area once the full container is moved to the temporary warehouse - Provide proper labeling on the new container once placed in the satellite accumulation area; - Carry out inspections of satellite accumulation areas. - Conduct inspections of hazardous waste temporary storage areas/Tanks, inspect each day of operation \- check with status definition of "standard work" \- Containers \- inspect weekly \- include status definition of "weekly" Record problems, if any, on inspection forms, make corrections, when possible. Record the date and type of correction made.
