We are seeking a talented **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III** to join our specialized **MANUFACTURING** team at **CUMMINS** in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua**. **JOB SUMMARY** Applies broad knowledge of problem-solving, assembly, installation, testing, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems. Works with relevant functions to select and use appropriate resources, tools, machinery, and specialized equipment. Thoroughly understands safe work protocols involving electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. Acts as a formal resource coordinating others. Adapts quickly and effectively to change within the manufacturing environment. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): * Identify and immediately report any job-related hazards and comply with HSE standards. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a safe and responsible environment. * Actively participate in HSE training and minimize the environmental impact of activities. Quality: * Apply high craftsmanship standards in equipment maintenance and repair. * Perform work per specifications and manuals, providing feedback for the preventive maintenance system. * Update and maintain quality documentation, including emergency work order closures, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards. Delivery: * Resolve technical issues, coordinate maintenance tasks, and lead other technicians in complex activities. * Maintain an organized work area and meet business objectives by identifying and reducing manufacturing constraints. * Plan maintenance activities around production requirements, improve processes, and achieve 100% preventive maintenance compliance. * Participate in the creation and review of process documentation, and in designing layouts and workstations using AutoCAD/Inventor.
