**Job Summary:** We are seeking a **Junior Mechanical Designer** with 3\+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical drafting and design. The candidate will support our engineering team by producing high\-quality construction documents for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of projects, including industrial facilities, municipal buildings, educational institutions, and commercial developments. **Responsibilities:** * Convert sketches and markups into detailed AutoCAD/Revit/BIM drawings. * Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. * Prepare accurate, detailed, and to\-scale drawings. * Collaborate with engineers and other designers on multidisciplinary projects. * Maintain documentation and project records. * Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant design/drafting experience. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM**. * Ability to create plans from markups and base files. * Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
