Join us to shape the future of gaming content and technology while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace! **What You’ll Do** * Supervise, train, and guide a team of procurement specialists and buyers/planners. * Evaluate team performance, set clear objectives, and conduct periodic performance reviews. * Define roles, prioritize workloads, and manage day-to-day purchasing activities. * Provide mentorship and support to resolve complex issues and ensure team success. * Develop and manage sourcing strategies and evaluate potential suppliers for B/C parts. * Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process—from requisition to delivery—ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. * Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive savings and improve processes. * Maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance. * Conduct cost analyses, track savings, and report key metrics. * Manage procurement budgets, monitor spend, and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. * Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs, assist with complex procurements, and forecast demand. * Address bottlenecks or related issues as appropriate. * Participate in supplier calls when management support is required. * Perform all other assigned duties. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience—preferred. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement management, planning, or a related role within a manufacturing environment—required. * Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages. * Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain fundamentals. * Experience with Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and develop accurate forecasts. * Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel for forecasting and data analysis. * Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and understanding of technical schematics. * Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage dynamic and shifting priorities. * Effective leadership and mentoring skills. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to prepare, present, and clearly communicate solutions. * Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. * Professional certifications such as APICS are a plus. **Why Aristocrat?** Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
