Description

Lead, ensure, and maintain an environment in compliance with Safety and Health standards: Responsible for creating and following up on Risk Assessments and leading Risk Mitigation actions. Responsible for ensuring key indicators through the BSC (Qro) and SMR (Jrz). Responsible for meeting Index Rates objectives and generating containment and solutions. Responsible for compliance with safety regulations. Responsible for Gemba and 5S audits. Responsible for creating a safe work environment by promoting safety best practices. Responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed within their areas. Create and maintain a work environment consistent with the BRP culture: Responsible for applying internal rules and/or policies. Responsible for taking actions to meet turnover, absenteeism, and HI targets. Responsible for ensuring team participation in all assigned training programs and providing proper follow\-up during the process. Responsible for administering PMP and PDP processes for their team when applicable. Responsible for fostering a work environment based on trust, respect, and teamwork. Responsible for keeping the team motivated. Act as a constant promoter of BRP values. Responsible for payroll. KPI Management and implementation of action plans when required: Responsible for understanding the participation and impact on the area’s KPIs, specifically those related to team performance. Responsible for leading or assigning the appropriate PSP when KPI targets are not met. Responsible for communicating area results to the team. **Provide, ensure, and maintain quality standards:** Responsible for quality in their area. Trigger improvement activities. Be the owner of quality in their zone. Responsible for complying with and enforcing the processes and standards established in the Quality System. **Production Plan Compliance:** Responsible for following and respecting the production plan. Responsible for generating and maintaining interdepartmental synergy to meet objectives. Responsible for optimizing the use of resources to ensure maximum efficiency. **Provide, ensure, and maintain BRPMS tools:** Responsible for following and implementing BRPMS tools in their areas. Ensure a Lean culture within their teams. Act as a Coach/Trainer. **Budget management, ensuring efficient use of resources:** Responsible for Direct Labor management and proper distribution within their areas, respecting line balance. Responsible for overtime management and efficient utilization. Responsible for Tool Crib expenses according to the budget. Responsible for following the SCRAP procedure. **Quality Management System Compliance:** Participate in fulfilling QMS requirements applicable to their function under ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with safety rules according to their role. Complete quality and training\-related courses on time. Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
