The Full Stack Engineer will join a product team focused on empowering thousands of creators and publishers—helping them optimize links, understand their traffic, and maximize earnings. This role owns development across backend services and user\-facing applications, delivering features end\-to\-end from database to browser. You will build and scale .NET services, implement Vue front\-end features, improve performance across high\-traffic systems, and collaborate closely with product, data, design, and QA teams. Candidates should be detail\-oriented, product\-minded, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. * Design, build, and maintain .NET services and APIs using ServiceStack on both .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 8\. * Model, design, and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and performance (aggregation pipelines, profiling, reliability). * Implement asynchronous messaging and service decoupling using MassTransit (RabbitMQ). * Develop Vue 2 features and TypeScript libraries to support UI components and front\-end workflows. * Own end\-to\-end SDLC: technical design, coding, testing, reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production support. * Drive performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across high\-traffic, creator\-facing systems. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with product, design, QA, and data to clarify requirements and ship high\-impact features. * Instrument new features with analytics, logs, metrics, and traces to measure quality and adoption. * Champion best practices in clean architecture, code quality, testing strategies, accessibility, security, and maintainability. * Mentor teammates and contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and engineering initiatives. * 2\+ years building production software with .NET (Framework and Core/.NET 6\+). * Experience with ServiceStack and/or ASP.NET MVC for RESTful APIs and server\-side features. * Strong proficiency with MongoDB, including aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning. * Production experience with MassTransit and message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred). * 2\+ years building SPAs with Vue (Vue 2\), plus familiarity with TypeScript and tooling (Vite/Webpack). * Solid understanding of front\-end performance, cross\-browser compatibility, and accessibility. * Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, logs/metrics/traces, and production debugging. * Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a product\-focused mindset. * Ability to work remotely and maintain core hours aligned with PST/PDT (UTC\-08\) * Bachelor's Degree required * Experience with affiliate/commerce platforms, analytics pipelines, or payments/integrations. * Containers (Docker) and cloud hosting (AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean). * Component libraries, design systems, Sass/utility CSS. * Service performance tuning and cost optimization at scale. * Occasional full\-stack exposure across backend and front\-end libraries.
