Summary: Provide technical support to production lines and collaborate on continuous improvement projects, ensuring proper implementation of processes, reduction of waste, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities: * Develop process documentation * Conduct time studies * Monitor process parameters and ensure standard operating conditions * Resolve technical issues in production lines related to processes or products * Create and update work instructions, layouts, control plans, and PFMEA * Participate in Kaizen events and improvement projects (scrap reduction, flow optimization) * Collaborate in line balancing and time and motion studies Qualifications: * Education: Technical certificate or completed bachelor's degree (Industrial, Industrial Processes, Electromechanical) * English: Intermediate * Experience in similar position * Knowledge of BOM, AutoCAD, Draftsight, and SolidWorks * Interpretation of 2D and 3D drawings * Kaizen system * Communication skills, organized, and committed EEO Statement: At WernerCo, we are committed to fostering and safeguarding a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
