In this role, under the guidance of our Finance Manager, you will have a key responsibility to ensure that all vendor payments are processed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you will oversee the timely submission of the DIOT (Informative Tax Return) reports. Responsibilities: * Manage the email inbox for receiving invoices. * Review purchase requisitions against invoices to be paid. * Generate Excel files for vendor payments. * Review and analyze accounting accounts and cost centers. * Data entry for DIOT submission to the SAT (Tax Administration Service). * Knowledge of the CONTPAQ system. * Knowledge of S4 HANA. * Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
