Specific Functions: * Lead IATF16949 audit preparation, documentation, and compliance * Manage customer claims, RMA, PPM, deviations, and corrective actions * Lead monthly quality KPI reporting and performance review (PPT & Excel) * Oversee PPAP, FMEA, control plan, COA, and other quality system documents * Interface with customer quality teams and lead communication on quality topics Responsibility: * Act as main customer quality representative * Lead root cause analysis and implement effective CAPA actions * Maintain IATF quality system and ensure audit readiness at all times * Support internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of findings * Coordinate quality communication between Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and customers * Ensure real-time reporting of defects, scrap trends, and containment activities Education: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing or similar * Advanced PowerPoint skills for customer reporting and business presentations * Excel advanced level (pivot tables, data analysis, KPI dashboards) * Knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, control plan Labor Expertise: * Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality * Direct customer communication experience (claims, audits, deviations) * Proven experience with IATF16949 audit management * Supplier quality exposure and corrective action leadership Language: * English 80% Type of position: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Quality Supervisor: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
