Join our team as a **"Maintenance Technician.** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Ensure optimal and continuous operation of the company’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and guarantee operational efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electronics, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar positions. **Knowledge:** \- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; \- Proficiency with machines or tools: multimeters, chillers, compressors, turret punches, bending machines, inserters, welding machines, packaged units, mini-splits; \- Computer software: Microsoft Office suite; \- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. **Skills:** \- Problem-solving; \- Teamwork; \- Task organization and planning; \- Proactivity and autonomy; \- Ability to work under pressure. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, and machinery to identify potential failures or repair needs; * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules; * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in equipment and facilities; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all maintenance activities. **Equipment and Infrastructure Management:** * Assist in the installation, modification, and/or removal of equipment as required by the company; * Monitor infrastructure conditions (plumbing, electricity, heating, air conditioning, etc.), single-phase and three-phase connections, and coordinate necessary repairs; * Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
