Position Objective: Ensure equipment operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, adhering to quality, reliability, safety, and established schedules, in order to support process execution and various operational areas. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Execute maintenance programs to reduce downtime or stoppages due to failures. * Diagnose and repair faults in electromechanical equipment to ensure proper operation. * Request spare parts based on components prone to failure or those in good condition. * If no faulty parts are found, only perform inspection and scheduled maintenance on the machine. * Use operation logs and work orders to create a detailed record of equipment repairs. * Complete the work order for performed maintenance and request signature from the department supervisor. * Analyze records to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and established procedures. * Implement and monitor safety measures during maintenance activities. * Inspect and verify proper operation of equipment and machinery. * Conduct visual inspections and necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with production plans. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment operates within established parameters and resolve operational issues.
