Maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe work area **Date:** Apr 20, 2026 **Location:** Ciudad Juarez, CHH, MX, 32599 **Company:** Hubbell Incorporated Job Overview Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Setup Operator is responsible for ensuring that molds, machines, or workstations are fully equipped and ready for operational staff when required. A Day In The Life Follow safety rules and actively participate in the current safety program * Prepare molds according to the model required by the team leader per the production plan. * Move molds from the hangar to the production area as needed. * Remove unnecessary molds or tools from the area following instructions from the leader or supervisor. * Organize the mold area according to the frequency specified by the supervisor. * Maintain an orderly mold area, respecting designated zones and spaces assigned to each piece of equipment. * Perform daily equipment checks and complete required checklists. * Verify proper use of safety equipment in the production area (goggles, earplugs, lab coats, ID badges, etc.). * Safeguard assigned equipment and maintain it in excellent condition (PPE). * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe. * Attend and stay current on mandatory training courses required for this position.
