Job Summary: We are seeking a security guard to perform access control, surveillance, monitoring, and emergency response at the company's facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and facility surveillance 2. Emergency and contingency response 3. Participation in evacuation coordination and continuous improvement **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** · Maintain control over entry and exit of employees, visitors, suppliers, raw material transport vehicles, and finished product transport vehicles to company facilities. · Conduct periodic patrols of company facilities. · Monitor and surveil company facilities via strategically installed cameras. · Inspect physical condition and operational status of fire-fighting equipment. · Serve as first point of contact for emergency and contingency situations. **Other Roles and Responsibilities:** · Participate in plant evacuation coordination in case of any contingency. · Adhere to CTPAT/OEA guidelines established by the Company. · Contribute problem-solving ideas for the area or plant under the Continuous Improvement Plan. · Report any unsafe acts or conditions, and comply with internal policies and required safety, health, and environmental processes. · Halt activities that pose risks to personal safety/integrity, health, and/or the environment. · Communicate safety, health, and environmental concerns to responsible personnel. **Basic Qualifications:** o ***Education:*** § Completed secondary education o ***Experience:*** § One year of experience as a private security guard. · Industrial safety · Techniques for handling and controlling emergency situations and evacuation plans · First aid · 5S methodology · Ability to serve internal\-external customers with empathy and respect, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate organizational capability.
