




POSITION: Training Coordinator DEPARTMENT: SGC Management and Training Department SALARY: $12,000.00 MXN per month, tax-free. AGE: 23 years or older. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Public Security, or related field. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months, verifiable. JOB OBJECTIVE: To develop, implement, and deliver training courses for organizational staff on private security and industrial security. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of the annual training plan. Support the execution of Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Prepare DC2, DC3, and DC4 documents as stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). Generate risk analysis reports. Support the creation and/or updating of General Procedures Documents (DGP), according to internal clients’ needs. Support the execution of Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
