




Job Summary: The Inventory Coordinator manages inventory, supervises staff, and coordinates processes such as cycle counts and the annual physical inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- The Inventory Coordinator is **responsible for managing the organization’s inventory**, including tracking item movement, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and executing projects to improve inventory management. They are also responsible for ordering new inventory, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for **coordinating the Cycle Count process**, as well as supervising inventory control personnel and their inventory reconciliation activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform reconciliation of inventory balances, inventory movements, or changes in inventory values. * Lead, coordinate, and implement the perpetual inventory program (cycle counts) by reconciling time-based and accurate adjustments. * Coordinate and lead the Annual Physical Inventory exercise, as well as track major variances arising from this exercise. * Review inventory adjustments (COGI, SCRAP, Consignment, Negative) to identify root causes and apply corrective and preventive actions. * Review and monitor in-transit inventory—both intercompany and with external suppliers—to ensure proper closure and avoid significant inventory variances. * Review and monitor inventory at blocked stock locations (material held due to quality issues). * Review and coordinate disposition of excess and obsolete inventory. * Train staff on best practices for inventory handling. * Implement inventory control procedures. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Comply with procedures, work instructions, and work regulations of various management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16946, CTPAT, OEA, and those registered by the company), as per established manuals, and ensure compliance with legal records, quality, environmental, health and safety, OEA, CTPAT, etc. requirements applicable to the company. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Required Competencies:** * Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree * Advanced conversational English * Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control and cycle counting * Experience in material flow * Leadership, proactive attitude, interpersonal skills * Knowledge of inventory transactions in SAP * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Problem-solving tools **Preferred Competencies:** * Master’s degree * In-depth knowledge of SAP system **Skills:** ----------- **Position Competencies:** * Global perspective * Teamwork * Adaptability and flexibility * Quality * Accountability (ELM) * Decision-making * Customer focus * Ethics (ELM) * Efficiency (ELM) **\#LI\-CR1** We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
