Description

**Job Objective** Responsible for conducting operational, financial, and internal control audits to identify risks, assess compliance with policies and procedures, and propose improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and the reliability of information within the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct operational, financial, and internal control audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan. * Identify, analyze, and document operational, financial, and compliance risks. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and verify adherence to policies and procedures. * Perform audit testing and document findings, observations, and opportunities for improvement. * Verify the proper recording and use of financial and operational information. * Prepare executive reports, indicators, metrics, and monitoring dashboards to support decision-making. * Follow up on action plans arising from audits and validate their implementation. * Participate in local and foreign audits across various operating units. * Detect deviations, non-compliance, or risk areas and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with different departments across the company to strengthen processes and internal controls. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational, financial, or internal control auditing. * Solid knowledge of: Internal and operational auditing, general accounting and financial statements, internal control and risk assessment, financial analysis and key performance indicators, Financial Information Standards (NIF), applicable tax legislation. * Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, financial and logical formulas, databases, macros (desirable). * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel to Reynosa, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, and Ciudad Juárez. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $901\.00 per day Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
