We invite you to participate in our challenge as: Operator **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Safeguard the integrity of the natural gas transportation system by monitoring gas flow and pressure behavior within the transportation system, as well as supporting maintenance activities at the compression station (where required), while complying with Mexican and international safety and environmental standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute the annual rotation plan for dynamic equipment at compression stations. * Participate in executing major maintenance activities and shutdowns at the compression station. * Conduct routine inspections of compression station equipment, promptly reporting findings to the supervisor and appropriately following up on identified deviations. * Ensure operational reports under your responsibility are issued timely and correctly (where required). * Operate and monitor compression station systems according to operational philosophy, making necessary adjustments to meet daily gas nomination requirements and maintaining processes within established limits. * Accurately complete designated compression station operational forms as defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) and/or requested by the supervisor. * Conduct shift handover/takeover, communicating relevant compression station information. * Monitor the compression station process, promptly reporting and recording alarms per IMS-defined procedures and forms. * Support maintenance activities at the compression station (where required). * Identify abnormal operating conditions requiring activation of the emergency response protocol. * Comply with the Procurement Policy for acquisition of goods and services. * Perform necessary operations to deliver product according to quality parameters specified in the contract. * Support and/or prepare required Operations and Maintenance reports, e.g., weekly report, monthly report, leak report, etc. * Participate in annual Integrated Management System audits. * Carry out activities to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations related to the compression station, as assigned by the supervisor. * Participate in regulatory audit programs applicable to the compression station, including but not limited to: NOM 001, NOM 007, NOM 009, NOM 014, STPS, and Environmental audits. * Manage, secure, and control tools assigned by the supervisor. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of process disturbances related to the compression station. * Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor related to requirements from various Shared Service areas. * Ensure information related to your responsibilities is securely stored in the designated asset repository. * Review and update applicable Operations and Maintenance procedures of the Integrated Management System as assigned by the supervisor. * Comply with occupational health, safety, environment, and quality practices, procedures, and systems aligned with company standards and legal regulations. * Know and apply work-related procedures. * Ensure and review JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for activities to be performed at the compression station. * Review, authorize, and close work permits for maintenance activities at the compression station. * Participate in applicable Management of Change (MOC) evaluations for the compression station. * Ensure all personnel and contractors under your supervision are adequately informed about hazards, critical activities, and QHSE controls. * Participate in Emergency Response Drills. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents occurring at the compression station and those assigned to you. * Ensure corrective/preventive actions assigned by your supervisor or identified at the compression station are effectively implemented and closed. * Ensure achievement of annual corporate QHSE objectives. **EXPERIENCE:** 1–2 years in Pipeline Installation and Operation in the Oil & Gas sector (preferred) 1–2 years in Compression Station Operation (preferred) Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001) (preferred) Experience with Regulatory Compliance Audits in the Gas or Petrochemical Industry (preferred) Our Talent and Culture team will contact you to follow up on your application and share next steps. **Good luck!** At Sempra Infrastructure, we embrace diversity and are committed to providing equal opportunities for success to all candidates and employees, regardless of race, color, nationality, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
