Responsibilities: Ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant operation of the MES system in regulated environments, facilitating electronic capture of production data, batch traceability, process control, and compliance with regulations such as FDA 21 CFR and ISO 13485. Responsibilities * Configure, maintain, and update the MES system according to production requirements. * Monitor system performance to ensure data availability and quality. * Resolve system technical issues, act as liaison between production and IT. * Implement improvements in integration between MES and other systems. * Train operational staff on proper use of the MES system. * Document processes, changes, and technical configurations. Qualifications: High school diploma, equivalent trade qualifications, apprenticeships, or equivalent education. Requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. Technical or professional degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Prior experience working with MES systems (e.g., Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Critical Manufacturing, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of SQL databases, industrial networks, and automation. * Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and effective communication. * Prior experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485, GAMP5). **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Requirements** * Proactive and results-oriented. * Experience in digitization or Industry 4.0 projects. * Technical English (documentation reading, collaboration with international teams).
