Responsible for material supply in KANBAN systems on production lines, as well as for inventory accuracy within assigned locations; daily duties include material staging and replenishment to prevent production line downtime and ensure each line has sufficient material to run according to the shift-based production plan. The Materials Handler is responsible for maintaining properly identified materials in racks and during replenishment. Responsible for physically staging raw materials and placing them in corresponding racks, and performing cyclic counts of these materials. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives under the company’s quality policy and adheres to environmental requirements per ISO 14001, and complies with BASC\-CTPAT requirements. Fulfill roles and responsibilities related to environmental protection.
