Requirements: CIVIL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT * Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and vertical housing projects. * Knowledge of BIM systems * Knowledge of LEAN CONSTRUCTION * Project management knowledge (PMI) * Proficiency in costs, unit prices, and work generation. * Knowledge in construction scheduling and contracting. * Knowledge of foundations, structures, installations, and finishes. * Knowledge of contract control and budgetary control * Excellent negotiation skills.
