




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll calculation and payment process, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate application of deductions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of the payroll processing workflow. 2. Ensure compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations. 3. Administration and updating of employee records. **Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation * Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary changes * Calculation of vacation bonuses, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), and severance payments * Preparation and submission of SIPARE reports * Preparation and submission of ISN reports * SIROC **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the complete payroll calculation and payment process (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Ensure compliance with applicable tax, labor, and social security regulations. * Ensure accurate application of employee deductions, earnings, and benefits. * Coordinate payroll stamping in accordance with SAT regulations. * Handle payroll-related incidents (e.g., medical leaves, terminations, new hires, overtime, etc.). * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
