Job Description and Activity Details **General Activities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the proper functioning and normal operation of systems. * Identify and assess necessary changes to ensure normal operation of the systems team. * Select the most appropriate hardware, software, and communication technologies. * Be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of digital equipment such as laptops, computers, and switches. * Implement, administer, and provide support for information technologies. * Ensure optimal operation of computing equipment, servers, operating systems, and software related to each user’s function. * Gather requirements, implement configurations, install web applications, databases, virtual servers, and provide user support.
