Execute quality standards for the best experience **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Chihuahua Location Type: Tda Juarez Las Misiones Juarez **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish cordial and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely route customer visits into the company's systems for improved satisfaction.
