Our products, present across a wide range of domains, contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** * Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring technical equipment availability across all shifts. * Goal is to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) of the value stream—such as relative utilization and internal defect cost—through continuous improvement of supporting KPIs, including operational reliability and technical downtime. * Introduction of new products; definition, procurement, validation, and installation of equipment and processes within the production environment. * Development of procedures and instructions for technical processes. * Development of training materials for process technicians. * Development of equipment maintenance plans, focusing on preventive, predictive, and corrective approaches. * Alignment of all engineering efforts with the relevant value stream’s key performance indicators (KPIs). * Development of procedures, instructions, and training materials for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). * Responsible for achieving technical availability, cycle time, and internal defect cost targets and upper limits for processes and equipment under their responsibility. * Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards, and process specifications. * Train and instruct production and technical personnel. * Provide support according to the value stream’s shift model. **Requirements** * Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Digital Systems and Communications, or related fields. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams within a global environment. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Customer orientation. * Preventive mindset. * Results- and future-oriented. * Proactive approach to continuous improvement. * Experience (3\-5 years) as a mechanical process or maintenance engineer. * PLC programming. * Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Knowledge of robotics. * CAD design: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software. * Design of electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.
