Overall Vision: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, and support food service in food preparation. Responsibilities: * Keep dining and kitchen areas clean during and outside service hours. * Clean the dining area, including chairs, tables, walls, floors, doors, glass surfaces, and windows. * Assist in food preparation. * Continuously receive training on hygienic food handling. * Clean the kitchen, preparation area, storage room, equipment and utensils, stove, cooktop, worktables, etc. * Assist with all kitchen cleaning activities. * Comply with company regulations—local, state, and federal—as well as Safety and Hygiene, Health, and Environmental procedures and policies. * Responsible for communicating business-related issues and opportunities to the next level of management. * For positions with supervisory responsibilities, ensure subordinates follow all company health, safety, and environmental practices, and that all necessary resources are available and in good condition. * Responsible for complying with company procedures and policies, and all applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations. * Comply with Quality procedures and applicable market Laws and Regulations. * Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications: Secondary education. 2–3 years of experience in the Maquiladora industry. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES REQUIRED:** a. Strong sense of responsibility. b. Punctual. c. Availability. d. Discipline in following hygiene procedures. e. Basic computer knowledge is desirable. f. Basic English knowledge is desirable
