




Under direct supervision, provides assistance to manufacturing engineers in evaluating and implementing changes to documents and processes; participates in projects aimed at improving and optimizing resources; generates documentation related to manufacturing processes, such as flowcharts, work instructions, and visual aids; participates in prototype runs, new product introductions, and product transfers; and performs all administrative activities required to fulfill the role. Prepares, updates, and submits for approval manufacturing process documentation (Work Instructions, Visual Aids, inspections, traveler sheets, checklists, etc.). Time studies and line balancing support. Data collection. Production facility preparation. Participates in product manufacturability verification. Supports identification of requirements (space, supplies, facilities, equipment, and machinery), layout changes, time studies, and implementation of engineering changes. Trains trainers. General production support. **Education and Experience Required** Technical degree in production systems or high school diploma; student or incomplete university degree preferably in industrial engineering or related fields (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanics, Systems Engineering). English proficiency: 60% desirable. Technical drawing.
