We are looking for a **Technical Support Engineer** for **Seguritech Privada Capital Humano**, headquartered in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** **Position Objective** Ensure the availability and stability of technological services through the **administration, diagnosis, and maintenance of operating systems, networks, and servers**, complying with the project’s technical and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of suppliers to ensure compliance with activities. * Control and management of information and reports. * Maintain service levels by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various technologies. * Timely documentation of assigned tickets via the monitoring and control system, in accordance with policies and processes. * Analysis of reported failures. **Professional Profile** **Academic Background** * Engineering degree (intern or graduate) in **Information Technologies, Systems, or related fields**. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Configuration of computer equipment. * Telecommunications networks, link configuration, switches. * Structured cabling. * Low- and medium-voltage electricity, neutrals, and phases. * Use of multimeters, physical grounding. * CCTV, DVRs, IP cameras. * Working at heights. **Requirements** * **License:** Standard driver’s license. * **Location:** On-site in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; must have schedule flexibility. **Additional Aspects** * Availability for mobility within the state. * Occasional work at heights.
