Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Technician for remote and on-site technical support, with experience in software, hardware, network, and cybersecurity installation and configuration. Performance bonus and travel allowances for relocations. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site technical support **Knowledge: · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(preferred)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities: · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training provided to new hires). **We Offer: · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free. · Ongoing training. · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary. · Travel allowances for domestic and local relocations. · Overtime pay (if applicable). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
