




We are looking for a **Technical Support Engineer** for **Seguritech Privada Capital Humano**, located in **Guadalupe y Calvo, Chihuahua.** **Position Objective** **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain service levels by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various technologies to comply with the technical annex of the project. * Timely documentation of assigned tickets through the monitoring and control system, in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Analysis of faults reported by the client to ensure proper functionality. **Professional Profile** **Academic Background** * Engineering (intern or graduate) or technical degree. **Required Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 6 months** * Configuration of computer equipment. * Telecommunications networks, link configuration, switches. * Structured cabling. * Electronics, low- and medium-voltage systems, neutrals and phases. * Use of multimeter, physical grounding. * Work at heights (18 meters), 60-meter towers. * Desirable knowledge of CCTV, DVRs, IP cameras. * Standard car driving. **Competencies and Skills** * Clear communication and user orientation. * Technical analysis and diagnosis. * Accurate documentation and incident tracking. * Working under pressure and task prioritization. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Service-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. **Position Conditions** * **License:** Standard driver’s license. * **Location:** On-site in Ciudad Jimenez, Chihuahua. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Flexible schedule (may require covering shifts and/or on-call duties); Sundays (worked rest days will be compensated with an additional day’s pay). **Additional Aspects** * Availability for mobility within the state. * Occasional work at heights.
