**Job Responsibilities:** The Quality Assurance Area Manager plays a critical role in business operations, as the product must meet certain quality standards. * Plans, directs, and coordinates quality assurance programs and formulates quality control policies. * Ensures that the quality of produced parts meets all customer expectations; takes prompt and effective action when nonconformities are identified. * Maintains the most up-to-date interpretations of quality system requirements and thereby ensures that documented practices align with the correct interpretation of quality management system standards. * Provides immediate attention to customer complaints by offering solutions to resolve any quality-related issues. Coordinates rework activities. * Determines, defines, and agrees upon the Quality System and quality procedures, standards, and/or specifications. * Evaluates customer needs and ensures those needs are met. * Develops the Quality System. * Specifies raw material quality characteristics with suppliers. * Investigates and establishes standards for quality, health, and safety. * Ensures manufacturing processes comply with quality standards. * Works with indirect staff to establish standards, systems, and procedures. * Writes handling/technical reports and customer charts. * Determines training needs. * Coordinates certifications for Quality Standards (ISO, etc.). * Participates in the development process of the ERP system applied to Quality. * Records, analyzes, and distributes statistical information. * Monitors performance. * Supervises technical and laboratory personnel. * Maintains their area in accordance with safety rules and recommendations. * Keeps equipment in optimal operating condition. * Generates procedures and instructions as required for various projects. * Assists internal, corporate, and external auditors. **Competencies:** * Experience handling customer complaints * Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9000 * Experience using problem-solving tools such as: 6 D’s, 5 S’s, FMEA, etc. * Knowledge of ISO auditing * Data analysis and reporting capability * Positive attitude * Proficiency with technology * Flexible working hours * Honesty * Responsibility * Organization * Teamwork * Empathy * Results orientation * Activity planning * Personnel management * Problem solving * Stress and tension management * Experience in injection molding * Experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) * Engineering degree in any discipline * Advanced English language proficiency, conversational level (mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,529.89 – $27,094.44 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
