At **Seguritech**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant**: Requirements * **Academic Qualification:** Incomplete Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Maintenance. * **Driver’s License:** Valid (standard type). Technical Experience The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in the following areas: * **General Property Maintenance:** Experience in comprehensive repair and maintenance of facilities. * **Electrical Maintenance:** * Solid knowledge of electrical installations and fault diagnostics. * Proficiency with **110/220 V** circuits. * **Hydrosanitary and Plumbing Systems:** * Handling, repair, and installation of piping systems and fittings. * Experience with **Hydropneumatic systems**. * **Finishes and Structural Work:** * Experience in **Painting** and finishing. * Basic knowledge of **Carpentry** and handling of materials such as **Sheetrock** (drywall). * **Basic Welding**. * **Safety:** Skills for **Working at Heights**.
