**OBJECTIVE** Analyze the credit file of individuals wishing to purchase a home, prepare a formal purchase offer, and follow up on the file to ensure the sale is completed. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform purchase offer calculations. * Receive customer documents required for the file, ensure completeness, and provide feedback to the sales department. * Manage customer documentation for proper file compilation. * Register files in INFONAVIT's credit origination system. * Monitor the progress of the sales process for follow-up purposes. * Send customer files to the appropriate parties for final processing. * Record assignments in the Enkontrol system. * Send deposit receipts or payment proofs to the revenue department. * Send email acknowledgments when submitting the original offer to the revenue department. * Prepare a customer registration logbook and update its database accordingly. * Maintain good relationships with Sales, Sales Administration, INFONAVIT, notaries, and property appraisers. **REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering * Proven experience in similar positions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience creating and analyzing databases * Customer service experience * Organized and methodical * Analytical skills Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
