We believe our greatest asset is our people, and we seek to strengthen them through development, training, and a culture of continuous growth. **Job Description:** At Manos de Calaca, a premium brewery present in Mexico and the United States, we are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with aesthetic sensitivity to ensure the correct presence, visibility, and positioning of the brand within the **most recognized consumption centers in Chihuahua.** This role is key to identifying opportunities for display improvement and directly contributing to consumer experience and sales momentum at every point of contact. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct periodic visits to assigned retail outlets (restaurants, bars, wholesalers, and high-traffic consumption centers). Ensure proper display aligned with the brand’s visual identity. Verify that POP materials (posters, displays, signage, stands) are in good condition and correctly positioned. Restock, replace, or install new POP materials as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and propose visual solutions. Document visits and generate follow-up reports. Support the Sales and Marketing teams in in-store positioning initiatives. Maintain professional relationships with managers and supervisors of consumption centers to facilitate operations. **Requirements** Education: Completed or ongoing degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. **Experience:** Not mandatory; ideal for early-career professionals interested in marketing, trade marketing, or visual merchandising. Technical Skills: Basic Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Essential Competencies:** Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity to contribute display ideas and improve visual presence. Organization and activity tracking. Clear and professional communication. Attention to detail. Proactivity and willingness to perform fieldwork. Ability to interact effectively with diverse types of establishments. **Additional Assets** (not mandatory): Ability to analyze spaces and propose visual solutions.
