**Company: DUROL** **Job Description:** At **DUROL**, we are seeking a **Quality Process Engineer** to strengthen our team and ensure continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, meeting internal standards and customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, document, and improve quality processes. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why’s). * Monitor quality indicators (scrap, rework, PPM, etc.). * Coordinate activities with Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing. * Ensure compliance with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). * Participate in internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in quality or manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of **Core Tools**. * Proficiency in root cause analysis tools. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Ability to work in teams and solve problems. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (add if desired). * Statutory benefits. * Direct hiring by DUROL. * Professional growth.
