Senior Molding Engineer** **Position:** Senior Filter Engineer – Molding **Location:** Juárez, Chihuahua. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible availability) We are looking for a **Senior Engineer with extensive experience in injection molding processes and maintenance of injection equipment**, focused on maintaining high equipment efficiency, ensuring production targets, and leading the technical team in the area. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain equipment in optimal condition and ensure demand fulfillment. * Supervise 2 technicians per shift and guarantee operational discipline. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection machines. * Ensure area functionality and management of technical documentation. * Responsible for the molding process and machinery operation. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Injection or related field. * Experience in injection machine maintenance. * 5\+ years of experience in plastic and/or aluminum injection molding. * Knowledge of polypropylene, equipment repair, and manufacturing processes. * Advanced English, capable of conducting conversations in English.
