YOUR ROLE Reports to the Engineering Manager or Coordinator, responsible for managing human and administrative resources to meet departmental metrics. . RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure personnel under your supervision fulfill established roles. * Ensure effective coordination and tracking of engineering changes. * Support in Design and Tool Release. * Support Manufacturing in Engineering Changes or Model Year Updates. * Compliance with Safety Rules. * Preparation of Length Charts. * Development of Visual Controls. * Development of Samples. * Schedule Flexibility. * Ensure performance results and key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with operational disciplines. * Adhere to implementation plans for Engineering Changes or Model Year Updates. * Ensure communication meetings and applicable training for staff. * Coordinate meetings for analysis, coordination, and implementation of changes. * Participate in maintaining the EOS system. * Interpretation and analysis of PFMEAs. YOUR EXPERIENCE * Problem solving. * Coordination of Engineering Changes. * Reading and interpretation of drawings. * Leadership. * Management of Operational Resources. * Experience in the Automotive Industry. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. * English proficiency at 50%, preferred. * Communication skills for coordination meetings. * Experience preferred in harness handling. * Knowledge of or ability to interpret IATF standards. * Ability to present information to managers and/or customers. * Organization and discipline in information management. * Responsible and proactive.
