




Description and details of activities **Position Purpose:** Ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of all production equipment and facilities in the plant, including cutting machines, stripping machines, presses, molding, welding, ultrasonic, epoxy coating, testing equipment (testers and dynalab), and applicators, through effective management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Guarantee that automotive electrical harness manufacturing operations run without interruption, meeting quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance technical team (electrical, mechanical, electronic). * Execute and monitor maintenance on cutting and stripping machines, presses, crimping machines, sleeve burn-off, ultrasonic welding, injection molds (molding), control panels, and testing equipment. * Supervise and control the condition of applicators (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) and their adjustments according to terminal specifications. * Ensure optimal operation of injection molding machines used for overmolding connectors or harness components. * Diagnose failures and apply effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime. * Manage material resources and spare parts; coordinate external services when required. * Manage maintenance of infrastructure, buildings, electrical installations, compressed air, and extraction systems. * Ensure compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Implement and monitor key maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability, PM compliance). * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits (IATF, ISO, customer). * Support implementation of technological improvements or automation. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the automotive industry.
