Responsibilities * Develop and implement commercial plans to increase sales and market share. * Lead the sales team, ensuring its development and achievement of objectives. * Identify opportunities, potential customers, and areas for process improvement. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and execute strategic actions. * Coordinate commercial activities, key meetings, and important negotiations. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial resources. * Represent the company before clients, partners, and networking platforms. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. * Advanced leadership, negotiation, and planning skills. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Ability to work under goal-oriented frameworks and in dynamic environments. * Willingness to travel.
