Ensure the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of production equipment and tools through strategic maintenance management, technical team development, and implementation of proactive solutions that guarantee operational continuity and achievement of production goals. **Job Requirements** Lead and coordinate equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, and tool shop functions. Directly supervise maintenance and tooling managers, ensuring alignment with plant operational objectives. Ensure availability of critical production equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies. Implement, monitor, and improve key performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, availability, and maintenance compliance. Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and general infrastructure systems. Coordinate infrastructure improvement or expansion projects in collaboration with relevant plant departments. Supervise repair and maintenance of tooling, molds, dies, and production fixtures. Ensure quality, availability, and traceability of critical tooling. Prioritize and manage multiple engineering and maintenance projects. Coordinate planned technical shutdowns and continuous improvement activities. Strengthen technical team capabilities through training, coaching, and development plans. Promote a culture of safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Manage human, material, and financial resources within the department. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of maintenance and tooling budgets. Lead TPM initiatives, root cause analysis, and other operational excellence methodologies. Work closely with production, quality, logistics, engineering, HR, and EHS to ensure operational continuity. Actively participate in safety, productivity, and plant improvement committees. **What your background should look like** Minimum Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Minimum Experience: 10 years in technical or equipment and tooling maintenance roles, including leadership experience.
