




**Position Purpose** Lead the branch's commercial strategy, leveraging team capabilities to achieve sales objectives, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain efficient and profitable operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, coordinate, and supervise branch staff (sales, warehouse, and administration). * Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and profitability targets. * Maintain operational control of the warehouse (inventories, maximums, minimums, and system records). * Monitor key performance indicators: sales, collections, overdue accounts, and customer service. * Implement sales strategies and coordinate promotions and discounts. * Ensure proper daily opening and closing of the branch. * Supervise cleanliness, appearance, and overall order of the facilities. * Maintain constant communication with operational management. **Knowledge in** * Warehouse administration and control. * Direct sales and B2B. * Personnel management. * Administrative reporting and computer systems. * Valid driver's license (essential). * Admin and Odoo (desirable) **Key Competencies** * Leadership and results orientation. * Problem analysis and decision-making. * Organization and service focus. * Sales negotiation and persuasion. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
