* Experience in developing strategic HSE plans.
* Implementation of ISO 14001 / OSHA 18001\.
* Implementation of Voluntary Programs such as Self\-Management and Clean Industry.
* Development of strategic HSE plans using tools such as A3 and Macro Plan.
* English language proficiency.
* Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and environmental laws (STPS, SEMARNAT, SPA).
* IMSS regulations (ST7, ST9, ST2, among others).
* Management of legal requirements in projects or transfers.
* Knowledge and application of ISO 45001 requirements.
* Knowledge of legal safety requirements for their work area.
* Knowledge of methodologies for identifying hazards, risks, and safety and health opportunities.
