DE C.V. in Ascensión, Chihuahua** **Primary purpose:** Establish guidelines and procedures ensuring timely and proper delivery of legal coverage benefits under automobile insurance policies when the driver and/or owner of the insured vehicle becomes involved in criminal and/or administrative proceedings arising from traffic-related offenses, as stipulated by the specific terms of the legal expense coverage; and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of information recorded in the legal case management system—from the moment a case is assigned to a criminal defense attorney until its final resolution.
