Part of a team that values dedication and growth **Job Description** Primary sales contact for the Commercial area at the store, conducting ongoing telephone outreach to a customer group assigned by the division, with the objective of increasing sales and maintaining positive relationships through full satisfaction of our commercial customers. **Responsibilities** * Operate the commercial program via Division Customer Sales using the Commercial BDD. * Create and track orders. * Administrative closing of sales. * Receive calls for quotations, promotions, and conduct prospecting calls. * Support customer development. * Review and monitor daily performance indicators jointly with the Commercial Manager, established to ensure achievement of objectives through Commercial Sales indicators (profitability). * Reduce vehicle accidents and enhance customer satisfaction. * Execute work plans according to commercial business plans and available resources. Correctly implement operational policies and procedures for the Commercial department (returns, cash registers, price changes, effective credit management) to increase sales and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. * **Requirements** * High school diploma * One or two years of experience * Prior experience in automotive parts, replacement parts, automotive advisor roles, counter sales at dealerships, or commercial advisor roles at chain repair shops. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Computer proficiency.
