Support the implementation of traffic process automation together with support departments and/or directly develop the concept in automation tools. * **Requirements** Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management. * In-depth knowledge of transportation processes, customs procedures, and international trade regulations. * Familiarity with C\-TPAT (Customs\-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) programs. * In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. * Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially logistics modules. * Experience in developing and tracking budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses. * Solid understanding of general billing concepts and freight invoice payment processes. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations. * Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated negotiation skills, especially when dealing with carriers and logistics providers. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * High sense of urgency and customer service orientation. * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving industry. * Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management. * Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD) is a plus.
