Job Description Perform import and export invoicing. Gather information and prepare customs documentation. Monitor and track materials in transit. Open and close virtual customs operations (pedimentos). Coordinate and follow up on import and export movements, from the moment of departure from the company until delivery. Control, file, and take responsibility for all import and export documents. Review invoices from customs agents. Review invoices from transportation companies. Request extensions to the PROSEC permit for transferring new products. Control and complete North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Certificates of Origin. Experience in: Audit and review of import and export pedimentos. Maintenance of part number catalogs. Anexo 24 system control. Management of IVA tax credit (Anexo 30\). Control of electronic foreign trade records. Control of fixed assets imported temporarily. Control of tax payments under article 303 of the TLC and other international agreements. Control of tax payments for Tools, Equipment, and Auxiliaries. Management of the IMMEX Import and Export program, verification of shipments and receipts of goods under temporary customs regime. Processing virtual import and export pedimentos. Processing changes of customs regime. Prepare monthly reports of customs operations. Daily review of goods stored at the U.S. customs agent's warehouse for prompt importation, to avoid unnecessary charges and storage fees. Support import and export operations (documentation, operation status, material delivery at plant). Data entry of import and export operations into Anexo 24 and 30\. Support inventory management for consumables and finished goods. Implement process improvements within the department. Organize ISO 9001 documentation. Preventive audits of foreign trade documentation (import and export). Support monitoring of import\-export KPIs (OTD). Supervise shipping assistant activities. Perform any other duties assigned by the import\-export supervisor. Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental training, actively comply with the company's policies and practices in these areas, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
