With 100 years of operation under our belt and an average employee tenure of 15 years, come discover what makes Toro Company the best place in Ciudad Juarez to build a career. **Why Join Us?** Responsible for providing general accounting services to the Company, including support for financial reporting and research of accounting issues, as well as reporting and analysis for fixed assets and other designated areas. **What are the most common activities?** **Job Duties \& Responsibilities:** In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: * Issuance of daily and weekly reports of labor and KPI's. * Monthly review of costs and expenses, as well as the registration of correction policies if necessary. * Posting MRO material received via purchase orders. * Bank reconciliations and integration of assigned balance sheet accounts. * Payroll aspects experience. * Coding invoices for approval. * Train/guide other departments on cost centers and their expenses. * CapEx control for project monitoring and closure. * Coordinates and monitors the plant's Fixed Assets reports * Supports SOX compliance and other legal requirements * Responsible for Mexican tax / accounting requirements * Performs miscellaneous financial projects as assigned to them * **The full job description will be provided to the final candidate at the point of the offer.** **What do you need?** **Job Qualifications** To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements: * BA/BS degree in accounting. * 5 years minimum of applicable experience required in the accounting field. * Working knowledge of GAAP. * SAP, Tress \& REPSE experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated systems acumen and strong analytical skills. **Preferred Requirements:** * CPA. * English – 75% * Lean Standard Work. **Other Job\-Related Components:** * **\#LI\-Onsite** * May Require international or domestic traveling. * Working conditions: Typical Office Work Environment. **What can we offer you?** At Toro Company, we're always working to make sure our employees know how valued they are.
