**Operations Administrator** Location: Chihuahua, Mexico We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. **Main Duties/Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies * Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing * Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings * Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies * Handle supplier tax documentation for customer\-related requirements * Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed * Assist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spaces * Coordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs. * Manage warehouse utilities and other general services * Help ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards * Manage employee\-assigned assets such as laptops and mobile phones * Support purchasing, logistics and inventory management as required * Generate operational reports as required * Provide general support to the accounting and administrative teams * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Required Skills/Abilities:** * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail * Ability to manage confidential information * Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) **Education and Experience:** * Associate’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, accounting or related field required * Minimum two years of experience in administration required * Minimum two years of experience in inventory management preferred * Experience in international operation preferred * Experience in manufacturing operation preferred * SAP S4 HANA experience preferred **Physical Requirements:** * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
