Customer Service / Master Scheduler A leading global company in the manufacturing of **motors and automotive components** with operations in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced professional to join its Production Control and Logistics team. If you have **solid experience (4\+ years) in Master Scheduling** and demonstrate exceptional **Customer Service** and communication skills in English, we want to hear from you! **Role Summary** You will be the **focal point** responsible for developing and maintaining the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** to satisfy customer demand while carrying optimum inventory levels. This role combines in\-depth planning analysis with the proactive management of customer expectations and the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Planning:** Create the 3\-month rolling Master Production Plan, integrating sales forecasts, historical data, and manufacturing capacity. * **Delivery Commitments:** Make committed delivery dates for *Make To Order* products by checking material availability and production capacity. * **Inventory Management:** Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets to achieve high service levels and meet corporate inventory turns objectives. * **Coordination \& Performance:** Coordinate weekly with plant schedulers and monitor production performance against the MPS, identifying and resolving gaps. * **S\&OP Support:** Actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP) process to align supply strategy with demand. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years** in a similar role (Master Scheduler, Planner, or Customer Service Planner). * **Language:** **Advanced** command of English (written and verbal). * **Systems:** Advanced experience using **MRP / ERP** systems (SAP knowledge is a plus). * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations. * **Desirable Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of customs law, IMMEX, CTPAT, and inventory management for import/export operations. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, leadership, responsibility, and self\-motivation.
