




Job Description and Activity Details This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Mexican tax regulations, supporting maquiladora operations, and managing cross\-border financial activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with US\-based companies and maquiladora structures, focusing on providing accurate and timely financial data to the organization as well as to support tax and compliance efforts Experience and Requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with 3\+ years in maquiladora or cross\-border operations. * Strong understanding of Mexican tax regulations, specifically IMMEX and maquiladora. * Experience working with US\-based companies and coordinating financial reporting with corporate headquarters. * Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms. * Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven ability to manage complex financial operations in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
